The Cold War has turned into a Cold Water challenge as Vladimir Putin has laid down the gauntlet! Appearing with Savannah Guthrie on this morning’s Today Show he dared the Ukraine leaders to either have buckets of ice water ceremoniously dumped on their heads by his sisters Svetlana and Olga or cede their nation to his rule. “3TO TaM HNKaKaR WYTKa” said Putin which roughly translates to “This there is no joke”. Ukraine has 24 hours to get either ice water poured on them or tanks rolled over them! After receiving a tetanus shot, Putin then sat while doused by Guthrie with chilly ice water taken directly from the East River by a Today Show intern. In honor of Putin’s visit The Summer Concert series out on the Plaza then switched into high gear with a special Purrformance by “Pussy Riot”
