Due to a report of a terrorist intention to attack The Paris Metro and NYC Subway, New York’s Top Pols, Andrew Cuomo and Bill DeBlasio went underground today for a ride, to prove the system was as safe as ever. Boarding a #2 train at Times Square, the two dems and their staffs immediately exited upon learning the train was going out of service. While waiting 17 minutes for the next train to arrive, Mayor DeBlasio entertained the gang with a mash-up of “Let It Go /All About That Bass” while Governor Cuomo captured everybody’s imagination making shadow puppets. Cuomo told reporters “when people feel comfortable enough to smile and laugh, they know they are safe!”

A train arrived and everyone, now in a jovial mood got on board and zoomed to 34^th Street where the entourage made a hasty exit. DeBlasio whispered to Cuomo “I think that went well.” Cuomo responded “I think so too Bob. He then headed up to Macy’s where his girlfriend Sandra Lee was giving a cooking demo. DeBlasio laughed to reporters, “Well I guess I could pick up some underwear.”
