James Franco took the “Shave your head bald, get a skull tattoo and wear spaghetti challenge” this week when he made an appearance at the Venice Film Festival. “It is perfect” shouted Franco over the fans screaming for a taste. “If I get hungry during my film screening,I can just reach up and take a little off the top.”
