Appearing with Fox news emcee Sean Hannity, Arkansas junior senator, Tom Cotton decided to come clean about his knowledge and opinions which pretty much stunned Mr. Hannity, who tried to get his own mind wrapped around the idea that a U.S. Senator would just make up crap that had no basis in fact or historical accuracy. He attempted to steer Cotton into a response that would make that statement a little less embarrassing to the GOP.

Hannity: “So Tom, when you say that you just make this stuff up, what you really mean is that you are versed enough in any topic that you can formulate an educated opinion to just about any issue thrown at you, on the spot. Right?”

Cotton: “Well not really Mr. Hannigan. I kinda just wing it and make up numbers and facts that I pull out of my ass” he chuckled.

Hannity: “Now I know you are joking with me Tom! You can’t mean that. Most of what you say, our fact checkers have looked into, and found it is always accurate. In fact it’s actually more accurate than much of what I make up…um…I mean report here every day.”

Cotton: “Well Mr. Hassinfras, that may be true, but that would be purely accidental. I haven’t opened a newspaper or read a document since 7^th grade, unless you think Bivouac Babes Gazette counts.” he guffawed.

Hannity: “But Tom, help me out here. You say some of the most reasonable, well thought out ideas, about what Obama should be doing and what direction this country should be heading in. These are obviously well researched and deeply thought-out ideas.

Cotton: “Nope. Made Up. Totally. No idea in hell what I’m talking about.”

Hannity: “Well I can see there is no point in going on here if you insist on pulling my leg. I do want to thank you for coming on the Hannity Report today, and want you to know you are always welcome on my show. We will continue to hold you in the highest regard.”

Cotton: “Excuse me, Mr. Hasselhoff. Are you going to eat that cookie?”
